Sydnie L. Mosley produces dances which often reflect interests in black cultures and the experiences of women as they relate to the human experience, though it is not limited to these ideas. The work frequently uses voice, text, and audible breath and seeks to actively engage the audience, even if it is only a visceral reaction to the physicality on stage. The work aims to move people through dance making them feel human.
