RL'S 2012 Tuition-Free Professional Training Program

 
R.Evolucin Latina, an organization that utilizes the arts through educational and collaborative programming to empower the community and make a difference through the arts, announces its 2012 Beyond Workshop Series, a TUTION-FREE professional and leadership development program for adults artists.

We are offering 60 scholarships to participate in tuition-free master classes in Dance, Voice and Shakespeare led by a team of experienced professional artists from the Broadway, film and television industries, including Ian Hersey (Public Theater), William Wade (Imaginocean), Gabriela Garcia (Chicago the Musical), Alison Solomon (In the Heights), Michael Fielder (In the Heights), Daniel Fetecua-Soto (Jose Limn Dance Company), Rickey Tripp (In the Heights), Amanda Turner (RL Choreographers Festival), Michael Cusumano (Chicago the Musical), Valeria Cossu (Candela), Seth Stewart (In the Heights), Matthew Steffens (Women on the Verge of a Nervous Breakdown), and MORE! Completion of the Beyond Workshop Series is followed by the artist donating their time to R.Evolucin Latina.

The Beyond Workshop Series will be held in NYC:
Dance: Mondays and Wednesdays, 2-6pm, March 19 – April 11
Shakespeare: Tuesdays 2-5pm and Thursdays 2-5pm, March 20 – April 26
Vocal Ensemble: Tuesdays 7-10pm and Fridays 2-5pm, March 20 -- April 13

Seeking – Males and Females: While this program primarily targets the Latino community, it is open to ALL artists and cultures, because we believe that art should be accessible to everyone.

Auditions by INVITATION ONLY will be held:
DANCE
Invited Audition: February 27, 2-6pm
Callback: February 29, 2-5pm

SHAKESPEARE
Invited Audition: February 28, 2-5pm
Callback: March 1, 2-5pm

VOCAL ENSEMBLE
nvited Audition: Tuesday March 6, 1-5pm
