360 presents our fourth annual NEW YORK CONNECTIONS professional repertory workshop July 28-August 8, 2014 at Mary Anthony Studio (736 Broadway @ Astor Pl.)

This workshop will serve as an audition for a PAID APPRENTICESHIP with 360 for one highly qualified female dancer. The apprenticeship will begin for our NYC performance season Sept. 12-14, with the goal of eventual promotion to full company member. Last year's NY Connections Apprentice, Jaclyn Rae, will be joining us for her first season as a full company member this year. Congrats Jackie!

CLASSES: M-F 11am-4:30pm, including ballet and modern technique, and contemporary and classic modern repertory.
Final Showing Friday 8/8 2:30-3:30 (class and rehearsal 12-2:30)

This year we are excited to include an exciting additional PERFORMANCE OPPORTUNITY! Participants will have the option to perform the contemporary piece from the workshop in three fully produced, professional performances at the Ailey Citigroup Theater, through popular NYC ballet teacher and producer Kat Wildish's showcase presentation, August 16, 17.

Work with Artistic Director Martin Lofsnes, company dancers and guest teachers to develop your technique and performance skills. Experience 360's rehearsal process, reconstructing a classic modern masterpiece and creating a new contemporary work with Lofsnes. Network in the NYC dance scene and get to know 360 for future opportunities. NY Connections Alums include 360's Jaclyn Rae, Daphne Lee and Shay Bland of Ailey II, Rachel Bier of 360-Dancer Aren James Hooper's DOTA Dance, and Adrienne Chu, apprentice with Pascal Rioult and 360.
