WHITE WAVE Dance Brief Overview:
Formed in 1988, WHITE WAVE Dance is a non-profit arts organization whose main goal is to be a catalyst for change in the modern dance world. From its full-length dance productions to dance education and outreach, WHITE WAVE accomplishes its mission by providing opportunities for dancers and choreographers to create, rehearse, perform and network with each other, engaging in an ongoing dialogue that pushes the art form forward.
WHITE WAVE is just one stop away from downtown Manhattan via the F train (York Street station), located in the vibrant art scene of DUMBO, Brooklyn.

Activities:
Interns/Volunteers will have a unique opportunity to assist in various aspects of the production of WHITE WAVE’s upcoming 2014 fall festival season, which includes:

* Assisting the technical staff during tech rehearsals and the production staff during the festival
* Data entry, web-based research, and other general office activities
