AUDITIONS FOR PART-TIME FEMALE DANCE INSTRUCTORS

NYC Dance Studio is now looking to hire 5 amazingly talented female Dance Instructors to work Part-time at their Midtown-Manhattan Dance Studio and will be holding auditions on Saturday, November 15th. 

We have an exciting new array of classes being offered in January, 2015 and are seeking professional, dance instructors with approachable personalities.


Compensation: Pay is $40 per 1hr. class. 

Perks: Free Classes, Hot uniforms, Fun staff outings and events. 


Required skills: must be a great dancer, If you can dance in heels that is a mega plus, must be able to teach choreography to a class room of dance students. 

Responsibilities: attend paid training workshops, attend unpaid Skype/ Google meetings, choreograph dance routines for classes, lead dance warm ups and teach choreography to dance students, sign students in, process electronic payments, set-up/breakdown class room when Assistants are not present.

Apply: To apply, send an email ad attach your dance resume and include a brief description about yourself/ dance experience/ and interest. Tell which type(s) of dance you would like teach teach and mention if you can dance in heels. Video submissions are accepted as well.

Audition details will be forwarded to those we are interested in. AUDITIONS ARE SATURDAY NOVEMBER 15TH, 2014 from 1:30-3pm in Midtown- Manhattan.

Hired Dance Instructors will be required to participate in paid video promos for the website as well. Promo dates are TBA and expected to be scheduled shortly after hiring.
