Kat Wildish Presents is pleased to invite you and your dancers to participate in our brand new Spotlight Series October 4th, 2015.

We will have 2 performances at TADA! Theater, with a run through beforehand. Plan to be available from 10:30am – 8pm.
 
The new Spotlight Series is dedicated to giving small groups and solo dancers the chance to perform in a professionally produced showcase in Manhattan. Photos and video are included.
 
Below you will find the basic terms for participating in this exciting performance. Please let us know as soon as possible (no later than September 15, 2015) if you accept these terms and the offer to be included on our program. After your confirmation, we will send contracts and related documents.  
 
Basic Terms:

Solos, duets, and trios will be no longer than 3 minutes with participation fee of $200 ($250 after August 31st 2015)

 

Groups of 4-6 dancers will dance no longer than 5 minutes with participation fee of $300 ($350 August 31st 2015)

 

Any additional minutes for each piece will be charged at the rate of $50 per 30 second.

 

All participating dancers will complete a registration form and release before any participation, and an artist agreement/photo release form (upon arrival on October 4th 2015).

 

A nonrefundable $20 registration fee must be submitted with the contract to secure your spot.

 

Completed program notes including run time must be emailed to Hope Ruth (hope@katwildish.com) absolutely no later than September 20th, 2015. Performance quality music should be emailed to Hope as an MP3 no later than September 20th 2015.

 

Choreographers are responsible for their own rehearsal space/time and costumes and are responsible for relaying performance schedules and information to their own dancers. There is no compensation for these performances.
