Volunteers Needed For Battery Dance Festival 2015!

Volunteers Needed For Battery Dance Festival 2015!

Battery Dance Company's 2015 Battery Dance Festival (formerly Downtown Dance Festival) is quickly approaching! The festival is August 15-20, 6:30pm-8:30pm at Robert F. Wagner, JR Park in downtown Manhattan. It is the longest running public dance festival in New York City and features dance companies from across the world. We're expecting a large turnout and a beautiful week of dance!

Volunteers are needed at the festival to help with daily production set-up, host the entrance tables, greet audience members and hand-out playbills.

Benefits include: free dance performances in a beautiful park, gaining experience in dance production, taking part in the downtown dance community and making new friends.

You DO NOT have to volunteer for every day, just the night(s) you are available! Also, if you have any friends that might be interested, please have them contact us!

Information on the program can be found at batterydance.org/festival

Thank you so much!
