Instituto Coreográfico Residency for DANCE FILMMAKERS May 17-26, 2016
The INSTITUTO COREOGRÁFICO provides emerging choreographers and filmmakers a professional and supportive environment in which to explore their work. Filmmakers will be paired with a choreographer to document their artistic process throughout the residency, creating insightful videos of the experience. Filmmakers will share their work for constructive feedback, and receive a stipend for their time documenting the choreographic process.
We are looking for filmmakers who are interested in learning the unique skill of capturing the multi-dimensions of dance and the dance making process.
