The Brooklyn Music School is looking for a committed, organized, and experienced instructor to teach creative/modern dance in its acclaimed Arts Reaching Youth After School program (ages 5-12yrs old)  from 4:30-6:30pm Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday afternoons as well as Saturday mornings Early Movers (3-5years) and possible beginning ballet starting in January.

For 105 years, The Brooklyn Music School has been offering world-class dance instruction. Although, primaryily a music school, BMS has had a long standing tradition in dance and is looking for versatile instructors that can carry and uphold this legacy. Candidates should be well versed in a variety of dance styles and should be able to teach group classes of students as young as 5 years old. BMS is looking for vested, fun-loving, mild-tempered teaching-artists that want to make an impact and enrich youngsters through dance. BMS is specifically looking for career teaching-artists that have the possiblity of taking up administration responsibility and not performers looking to teach.
