Manager of Individual Giving

 

As the Mark Morris Dance Group prepares for the public launch of a $25 million multi-year campaign, it seeks an experienced fundraiser to manage and advance its individual giving program, managing $2 million in individual gifts and developing a prospects engagement plan to raise $1 million in new annual giving by 2021. This is a unique opportunity for a strategic fundraiser to have a lasting impact on one of the world’s leading dance institutions at a pivotal moment in its history.

The Manager of Individual Giving reports to the Director of Development, shares oversight of the Development Associate, and works as a peer to the Manager of Institutional Giving. The Manager of Individual Giving also works closely with the 17-member Board, Executive Director, Artistic Director, Chief Financial Officer, Director of Marketing, and all program directors, to maximize relationships and grow contributed income.

The successful candidate for this position brings a sincere dynamism to donor engagement and joins a community of dedicated arts professionals who are propelled by Mark Morris’ commitment to artistic excellence and access to the arts.
