Male dancers needed

Hanna Q Dance Company is looking for 2 additional male dancers to join the company.Please read and send in your Resume',Headshot and Dance Video to receive more information about when and where to audition.

Must have strong technique in Contemporary, Modern dance ( Ballet is a plus) and  be comfortable and experienced with partnering, lifts. (Minimum height : 5.8)

Hourly Paid Rehearsals and Paid Performances.( not a fulltime job ) Must be available to start rehearsals and sign Contract Starting September 1st, 2018. You have to be be available this Fall Season,with possibility to continue and renew contract. Must be available for Rehearsals : Wednesdays 7-10pm, Sundays 12-4pm. ( sometimes Monday evenings, if needed for Solos' or Duets )

Must already recide in NYC. Rehearsals are in Manhattan. Upcoming performances in Manhattan and Tri-State Area.

Energetic, Imaginative & Passionate! Founded in 2013, Hanna Q Dance Company has been performing original works. The Swedish born and raised Artistic Director and Choreographer, Johanna LjungQvist-Brinson, ( Hanna Q ) draws inspiration from the forces of nature and uses its elements to create dynamic narratives through movement. The choreography is comprised of technically rigorous movement, derived from Johanna’s background in Dunham technique, as well as partnering at once intricately acrobatic and viscerally human. The dancers express bursts of passion and athleticism, sweeping the audience into a different world full of emotions. The company has performed in venues mostly in NYC, including Dixon Place, Jazz at Lincoln Center, Brooklyn Dance Festival, TADA!Theater, The Actors Fund Arts Center, Green Space, New York Live Arts, The Triskelion Arts, Soaking WET Series at  West End Theater.
