Dancing through College & Beyond (DTCB) is a unique nationwide event, attended by over 300 high school students and parents annually. Providing a much-needed service to college dance programs, and to high school students and their families, Dancing Through College & Beyond offers the opportunity to connect, one-on-one, with renowned faculty from colleges across the country. This event helps students fully explore college dance opportunities and assists them in navigating the college admissions process. This year, DTCB will be held at Hunter College: The City University of New York (695 Park Ave, New York, NY 10065).

DTCB needs your help October 13th and 14th (Friday-Saturday)! If you are interested, please fill out this form with your availability and interest. We need volunteers for:

- Setup and breakdown of the college fair and audition spaces

- Registration and coordination of attendees and auditions

- Directing attendees to the correct location/s

- Assisting during student and parent panels, college showcase performance, and auditions

Available shifts:

Saturday, October 13th 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Saturday, October 13th 2:00 PM - 6:30 PM

Sunday, October 14th 8:00 AM - 12:30 PM

Sunday, October 14th 12:30 PM - 5:00 PM

As a volunteer you will receive:

- A ticket to the college showcase performance on Saturday, October 14th at 6:30pm.

- Entrance into the Careers in Dance Panel on Saturday (if not volunteering during that time) or a Sunday Panel.

- Our sincere appreciation for your participation in this unique event that facilitates over $3M in scholarships for dancers!
