Peridance Contemporary Dance Company will conduct an open audition for male and female dancers for its 2019/2020 Season on Sunday August 25th, 2019 from 10:00AM-3:00PM at Peridance Capezio Center. Dancers must have excellent ballet, contemporary, and improvisational techniques, and must have versatility, musicality and stage presence.

Interested applicants are strongly encourage to participate in The Sessions Workshop with PCDC the week prior to the audition. Join us August 19th-23rd from 11:30-1pm to learn current company repertory taught by Igal Perry and PCDC dancers. Current repertory includes recent works by Igal Perry, Alice Klock, and Yoshito Sakuraba. 

A Non-Refundable Audition Fee of $20 is due on the day of the audition ($10 if participating in full workshop). Please be sure to bring a hard copy of your headshot and resume to the audition. There will not be class, so please come warmed up and ready to learn rep.

Drop-Ins will be permitted into the audition based on availability. Pre-Registration is highly encouraged.

Dancers must have excellent ballet and contemporary technique, versatility, musicality and stage presence. Rehearsals are paid hourly and performances are paid per performance. The Company is not a Union Company. Full-year contracts begin Fall 2019. Apprenticeships and paid company positions are available.
