Join URBAN / TRIBE for an immersive 5-hour workshop experience to dive deep into physical and theatrical explorations. APPARITIONS OF THE UNCONVENTIONAL YOU challenges performers to analyze their person history and methodology and use it as a catalyst to deepen their personal artistry. Through movement, theatrical improvisation, challenging pshycological games, discussion, and more this workshop is designed to get performers to tap into advanced thinking and performing.

URBAN / TRIBE has several projects in development for late 2019 and 2020, and actively looking for artists committed to a cerebral and physically challenging process. Artistic Director Mathew James relies on workshops and classes as an entry point for dancers interested in working with URBAN / TRIBE to get familiar with the company's vocabulary and creative process.
