PCDC Audition / Winter Intensive

Peridance Contemporary Dance Company will conduct an open audition for male and female dancers on Friday, December 20th from 12:00pm-2:30pm as part of the Peridance Winter Intensive. Dancers must have excellent ballet, contemporary, and improvisational techniques, and must have versatility, musicality and stage presence. Those interested in auditioning are strongly encouraged to attend the Winter Intensive
 

Winter Intensive:

December 16-20, 2019

The Peridance Winter Intensive is an opportunity to foster valuable industry relationships and enhance your dance vocabulary. Learn PCDC repertory by Igal Perry, Yin Yue, Yoshito Sakuraba, and Alice Klock and World Renowned repertory by guest artists of Hubbard Street Dance Chicago.

Audition:

December 20, 2019: 12:00pm-2:30pm

Peridance Capezio Center

Please be sure to bring a hard copy of your headshot and resume to the audition. There will not be class, so please come warmed up and ready to learn rep. Registration will begin 1 hr prior to the audition. Callbacks will be held in mid January.

A Non-Refundable Audition Fee of $30 is due by the day of the audition. This fee is waived for those participating in the Winter Intensive.

Drop-Ins will be permitted into the audition based on availability. Pre-Registration is highly encouraged. 

The Company is not a Union Company. Half year contracts begin Jan 2020. Apprenticeships and paid company positions are available.
