Link EUS is looking for European choreographers for upcoming dance performance

The Studio Venue at the German School Manhattan

Link EUS is looking for European choreographers to show their work at our second EUS Art Exchange on Friday, February 7th 2020. Time TBD.

Link EUS is a new European cultural center based in NYC promoting intercultural dialogue between Europe and the US. Apart from language courses, social events and lectures, we have an arts department with a focus on dance. Through dance classes and events, we foster performance art as a means of cultural integration and discussion. We support emerging and established artists who bring European art to the US and help us cultivate mutual cross-cultural understanding and respect.

The EUS Art Exchange performance series will offer both established and emerging choreographers a platform to present short works (finished, excerpts or WIP) in an intimate space every first Friday of the month at the German School Manhattan, 74 Warren Street in Tribeca (2 blocks from Gibney).

There will be a quick spacing tech on Thursday, February 6th.
As this is an informal showcase in an intimate set-up, the lighting for the performance will be basic, meaning no lighting cues.
After the show there will be beer and wine for participating artists and the audience, feel free to stay for refreshments and a chat!

The proposed work can be any styles but must be between 3-5 minutes long.
