Artichoke Dance seeks Administrator with Media Specialization

Artichoke Dance Company seeks a part-time administrator with social media and marketing background who is nimble in a variety of situations and possesses diverse abilities. Artichoke Dance Company works in multiple capacities including stage performances, site-specific work, educational programming and action-oriented events with a focus on environmental issues and climate change.

Responsibilities:

Manage promotional campaigns and promoting events (interest in creating promotional materials a plus)

Email marketing including monthly newsletter (Vertical Response)

Manage and engage on social media platforms (Instagram, facebook, twitter)

Manage video content (YouTube, Vimeo)

Implement specific logistics surrounding events and performances, both on and off site

Interface with the public during and around events.

Coordinate with collaborators and partner organizations

 

Requirements:

Detail oriented

Highly organized

Strong verbal and writing skills

Ability to work independently

Graphic design skills and or video editing skills a plus

Interest in working in community and environmental justice
