Hi dancers!

We will be doing a Bicycle Flash Mob in Times Square to songs like Bicycle Race by Queen, traditional Belgian Folk music, Pump Up the Jam, and more. 
The purpose of this flash mob is to help bring awareness to the centennial bike race that will be happening this year in Flanders, Belgium. As such, the flash mob will be filmed like a short movie musical, published online, and promoted in Europe by the cycling event! 

Here's the rehearsal schedule. You'll pick EITHER group one or group two based on your availability: 

Group 1: Thursday 8/12 2-4pm

              Saturday 8/14 6-8pm

              Sunday 8/15 2-5pm

OR

Group 2: Thursday 8/12 12-2pm

              Friday 8/13 12-2pm

              Sunday 8/15 2-5pm

Dress Rehearsals: August 18th - 9 am - 11 am
Performance date: August 19th - Please be available 8:30 am to 4 pm. We likely will be done shooting by 1 pm, but need the flexibility in case we have to have a later call for weather or something. 
Rain date: August 20th - We should know earlier that week whether we need to make the rain date call, so you should at least have a couple of days notice if you can release the hold. 
We will pay a $50 cash stipend on the day of the performance.
