Call for Submissions: Balance Arts Center's May 2022 Performance Showcase!

After a huge success with our first ever Performance Showcase in February, we are hosting another one this May in support of emerging performing artists in NYC. There will be two performances taking place at our Center in Midtown on Saturday, May 21st at 7pm EST and Sunday, May 22nd at 3pm EST.


- Each artist will have 15 minutes of performance time

- There is no application fee!

- The BAC will curate the performances

- Musicians, singers, actors, dancers, and performers of other artforms are all encouraged to apply!

 

Accepted applicants will receive:
- One 2 hour rehearsal in the performance space
- A 30 minute lighting rehearsal on the day of the performance (3 internal cues max)
- Reduced space rental fee at the Balance Arts Center as space is available (15% discount)


Application deadline is Monday, March 28th at 5pm EST.

Applicants will be notified about their work being shown by April 15th
.
