Ariel Rivka Dance 3rd Annual Gala

ARD’s Gala event is an evening of dance performances, music, behind-the scenes look into the artistic process, and fundraising. This event helps the company raise funds for international touring, rehearsal space, and artist fees. This volunteer opportunity would give individuals an inside look into the inner workings of event development, running a hybrid “live” event.

Gala Date: November 3, 2022 4:30- 9:45pm

Gala Location: 265 W 37th Street, 17th Floor, New York, NY 10018

Responsibilities:

Technical Assistant: Live- stream filming of event (on iPhone or iPad), photographer, (iPhone) assisting with video projections. Help to set-up/ strike event 

Theater Usher: Check in audience members, moving chairs and helping audience members mid-performance. Help to set-up/ strike event

Volunteers are required to be fully vaccinated for Covid-19. Volunteers will be able to enjoy the event and mingle with guests while working throughout. Hors d'oeuvres and drinks are available and volunteers will be able to get ready on-site after initial setup. Guests expected 6:30pm-9:30pm.
