MTM Events is an Entertainment company serving over thousands of high-end clients per year!

We are in the hunt for the best of the best contenders to join our team as a “Party Motivator”. Now what is expected of our Party Motivators? Their responsibility in this position, is to hold the energy of the party in the palm of their hands!

Motivators are preferred to have high-energy, charismatic, and loveable personalities; production is looking for friendly, outgoing, confident performers with high energy. (HOWEVER, no dance experience is necessary to succeed in this position.) But a good rhythm and professional deminer is a must. Your biggest goal is to bring the life to the events! Applicants must be comfortable dancing and interacting with guests (both kids and adults) at events with large crowds.

Preferably we ask they have a valid license, and a car is a plus, but not a requirement.

Production states:

"This job is like no other! Saturdays will be your best friend, you will get great pay, and have lots of fun while doing so. If you have the right look and the right personality, and the right dedication… this is a perfect part-time job for you!"

Events are typically in the Tri-state area, primarily in NYC.

Note: FOR EVENTS THERE IS NO REHERSALS OR CHOREOGRAPHY.
