JOB DESCRIPTION

The role of Marketing Associate supports and collaborates with MDP Director & Development Associate to expand the company’s reach by increasing its audience and community engagement through digital platforms (social media, newsletter, and programming).

Ideal candidates have social media marketing experience, a desire to create digital content and maintain an active online presence via McKoy Dance Project, administrative skills, and strengths in organization, communication , and collaboration. Candidates should be familiar with Canva, Constant Contact, Facebook, Instagram, Google Suites, Wordpress and/or similar software platforms. COMPENSATION

The role is compensated at $18/hr biweekly. This position is hybrid with remote tasks and virtual meetings with the expectation to be be present for workshops and performances.
